panda_setlinecolor - change the color of the line drawn  

SYNOPSIS

 void panda_setlinecolor (panda_page *target, int red, int green, int blue);
 

DESCRIPTION

Set the color of lines being drawn using a combination of red, green and blue.  

RETURNS
